We are looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join a team of passionate experts and support our activity’s development !
Missions
You will be in charge of project conception, elaboration, production, follow-up, and management as well as responsible for the following missions :
- Event monitoring and sourcing, brainstorming management
- Conception and redaction of strategic recommendations
- Project follow-up from brief to the big day
- Planning follow-up and setup, and quality follow-up
- Client relationship management: steering comities, follow-up, and reporting
- Project/prod teams management, internal and/or external
- Suppliers and participants coordination
- General supervision during events
- Budget management: elaboration, follow-up, invoicing, and closing
You will essentially work on B2B events and a few general public events (live or digital) such as conventions, seminars, receptions, videos and content production, product launch, space planning, roadshows, incentive teambuilding…
Profile
- 5-7 minimum experience in an agency as Event Project Manager/360° Event Project Manager.
- Experience in B2B event projects conception and management.
- Autonomy, implication, curiosity, and sector trends awareness.
- Available, dynamic, flexible, proactive, organised, rigorous, and provident.
- You really enjoy client relationships.
- You share a 360° and interdisciplinary vision and like to manage dedicated teams for events organisations.
- You are particularly interested in “hybrid” event organisations (both presential and digital).
- You speak fluent English.

We are looking for a Senior Travel Project Manager to join a team of passionate experts and support the development of our TRAVEL department !
Missions
As Travel Project Manager you will be in charge of project conception, elaboration, production, follow-up, and management: incentive trips and seminars in France, in Europe, and all over the world.
You will be able to take care of the following missions :
- Analysing clients’ needs, advising, redacting strategic recommendations, setting up budgets, answering invitations to tender, and supporting clients
- Selecting hospitality services, companies, tour leaders, freelances and other backups if necessary
- Monitoring, location research, suppliers, sourcing, meeting with DMC, etc.
- Daily client relationship management and quality management
- Events production/events operation organisation
- Suppliers and guests interface
- Transportation plans management
- Participants management
- Logistic management
- Budget and invoicing management
- General supervision during events
- Qualitative, administrative, and financial assessment of the operations
- Constant research and monitoring regarding current affairs, innovations, and news of the Business Travel sector
Profile
Expérience
- Long-term experience in Travel/Incentive of several years in an event agency, for at least 5/7 years, and excellent knowledge of incentive and seminar destinations
- Interest in client relationship
- Available as soon as possible
- Experience and references in logistic management from small to large volume of groups of participants
- Ability to provide an expert eye, knowledge, and a great experience of each stage of project management: elaboration of strategic recommendations, budgets set-up, financial and administrative skills specific to Travel Projects (foreign currencies, applicable VAT, etc.), presentation to client, productions follow-up and client management, teams recruitment necessary to projects realisation (tour leaders, etc), support on the field, financial assessment.

- Able to think out of the box and offer compelling proposals for different and original Travel solutions
- Inspired to design programs completely customisable
- Curiosity, creativity, and desire to find new trends in a changing sector
- Conceive winning proposals for our clients with a creative and innovative touch
Organisation skills
- You are creative, proactive, autonomous, versatile, dynamic, organised, rigorous, and you enjoy teamwork.
Languages
- Being fluent in written and spoken English is a must
